Job Overview

As a Pre-Sales Officer at Sajid Trading, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by preparing proposals, product presentations, client documentation, and sales materials. You will help build strong relationships with retailers, beauty salons, and distribution partners by providing accurate product information and professional pre-sales support. Your goal is to ensure smooth communication, timely responses, and well-organized data that enhances our sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Documentation

  1. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and price lists for customers.
  2. Assist the sales team by creating product comparison sheets, presentations, and promotional materials.
  3. Maintain updated records of products, pricing, and cosmetic brand catalogs.
  4. Ensure timely submission of sales documents, client forms, and follow-up details.

2. Customer Communication & Coordination

  1. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, stock availability, and order processing.
  2. Coordinate with retailers, beauty centers, and distributors to provide product details and support.
  3. Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive pre-sales experience for all clients.

3. Product Knowledge & Training

  1. Maintain strong knowledge of cosmetic, skincare, and beauty products offered by Sajid Trading.
  2. Support the sales team in delivering product demos and brand presentations.
  3. Provide internal training materials for new launches or promotions.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  1. Assist in collecting market insights related to beauty product trends, competitors, and pricing.
  2. Analyze customer needs and propose suitable products based on market demand.
  3. Support the marketing team with data for campaigns and promotions.

5. CRM & Reporting

  1. Update customer data, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  2. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pre-sales activities, leads, and customer queries.
  3. Track performance metrics and share feedback to improve sales efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales coordination, customer service, or administration (preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or retail).
  3. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  4. Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  5. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  1. Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry trends.
  2. Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking software.
  3. Creative skills for preparing product presentations or promotional material.
